Man City put Snapchat eyes behind the match day scenes

December 21 – Manchester City have pushed the digital and social media boundaries further with the introduction of a matchday Snapchat host.

Wearing the newly launched Snapchat spectacles, the host will post content to the social media channel from behind the scenes at the Etihad Stadium.

Content will player arrivals and warm ups, views from the stands to the pitch, as well as in the tunnel.

Man City launched their Snapchat channel – mancityofficial – in July 2015 to give supporters greater access to content on and off the pitch. Earlier this season, the club teamed up with EA Sports, their Official Gaming Partner, to find the next mancityofficial Snapchat host.
