Man City keep Facebook lead over Man Utd, Arsenal more ‘likeable’ than Chelsea

February 3 – The past week of social media stats in the Premier League has seen a rare  win for Twitter over Facebook or Instagram in terms of growth number.

Overall Twitter gains across the Premier League showed 340,000 new followerscompared to 334,200 the previous week

Facebook was top to 322,200 new likes compared to 273,200 the previous week. Instagram was down in terms of growth with 270,600 new followers against 298,100 the previous week.

Man City continue to dominate Facebook success with excess of 107,000 new likes this week compared to Manchester United’s 74,300.

Meanwhile in London Arsenal with 42,100 new Facebook likes dominated Chelsea’s 29,300 this week.

Man Utd are still dominating Instagram success with nearly 114.300 new followers this week compared to Man City’s 28,100.

Chelsea had 43,900 new followers and Arsenal 38,900, putting Man City into fourth place on Instagram.

Tottenham Hotspur became the sixth Premier League club to join  the 1 million club on Instagram.
