August 1 – Real Madrid has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with retail foreign exchange broker Exness which will become the Spanish club’s official trading partner for the next three years.
No value was put on the deal by the club bit industry estimates suggest it is worth €3 million a year to Real Madrid.
Founded in 2008, Exness has grown into one of the world’s largest forex brokers with a monthly volume of more than $250 billion. The company is regulated in Cyprus and the UK.
The sponsorship will support the company’s global expansion as it increases the number of national markets it is regualted to trade in.
