Inter open first Academy in Brisbane and plan Aussie rollout

June 27 – Internazionale have launched their first Inter Academy project in Australia in Brisbane in partnership with Fullshare Holdings and Sparrow Early Learning, as the Club’s Official Education Partner.

Under the partnership, Sparrow will become the official supplier of physical education activities targeted to kids aged 3-16, based on the Inter Academy model, in Australia.

The first Queensland academy is being aided with the technical support of the Brisbane Roar FC Community Team.

“This is a very significant partnership for both companies,” said Inter’s chief communication and marketing officer Robert Faulkner, “as it allows our Club to reach new countries with huge potential, such as Australia and the ensuing territories in Asia, via our experienced coaches and using our unique and trusted coaching method of the Inter Academy. Thanks to the support of local partner Sparrow Group we will roll-out this model quickly across Queensland, and beyond in the near future.”

Inter now has five academy projects in China as well as academies in Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Slovakia.
