September 26 – Premier League West Ham have reached agreement with Scope Markets to become the club’s official online trading partner. The club already have financial services firm Bassett & Gold as their sleeve sponsor.
Scope Markets primarily deal in Forex and CFDs via a digital platform that offers trading services to traders of all skill levels. Scope Markets will receive branding opportunities across West Ham media while the club said the “parties work closely together across a range of commercial initiatives.
West Ham United Vice-Chairman Karren Brady said: “As we continue to grow and develop our corporate identity on a global scale, this is yet another hugely positive step forward alongside a leading organisation. Scope Markets are fully committed to excellence and continuous innovation, which is what makes West Ham United such a natural fit when it comes to sponsorship.”
West Ham are the closest London club to the City of London financial district.
