Spurs’ favourite Son opens up Korean Twitter platform

January 18 – English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur have launched a new Twitter account in South Korea to further engage its growing fanbase in the homeland of the club’s star forward and Korean captain, Heung-Min Son.

Under the deal, Son’s fans will be able to enjoy exclusive content including and Q and A with Son whose partnership with England striker Harry Kane has been one of the hallmarks of the English domestic season.

Son joined Tottenham from Bayer Leverkusen in August 2015 and last year ranked as the most Tweeted athlete in Korea. Earlier this month he scored his 100th goal for Spurs against Leeds United.
