September 17 – AC Milan have announced a new strategic collaboration with Dyson as the club gears up for a return to UEFA Champions League action tonight.
The Dyson OnTrac headphones will be the highlight of the collaboration, as Dyson aims to utilise the club’s popularity to attract attention to its new product.
Maikel Oettle, Chief Commercial Officer of AC Milan, stated: “We are thrilled to announce this collaboration between AC Milan and Dyson, a brand that shares our commitment to excellence and performance. Dyson is not just a symbol of cutting-edge technology but also represents a constant commitment to quality and innovation, values that perfectly align with our philosophy. Together, we aim to push beyond the limits of what we can achieve on and off the pitch.”
No value or term was given for the deal.
Jake Dyson, Chief Engineer at Dyson, said: “Dyson has bold ambitions to disrupt the audio industry – as demonstrated by the Dyson OnTrac headphones, unveiled this summer. These headphones deliver exceptional sound quality through a high-performance design, underpinned by decades of aero-acoustics research. And with advanced noise cancellation, they help you stay focused – even amid the roar of the San Siro on match day. To celebrate this launch, we are proud to collaborate with AC Milan. The Club embodies the same passion, precision, and dedication to performance that drives Dyson. We are thrilled to collaborate with such an iconic team.”
AC Milan look to be back on track in the Serie A thanks to a 4-0 thrashing of Venezia on Saturday, which has helped to ease the concern to Paulo Fonseca’s shaky start to life in charge at the San Siro.
Finally back in form, the Rossoneri turn their attention to their UEFA Champions League curtain-raiser at home to Liverpool on Tuesday night.
