July 14 – A drone show lit up the sky on Santa Monica Pier ahead of the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup final this Sunday July 16 at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
There were 500 drones lighting up the sky to display a full Concacaf+ Gold Cup show that was part of a number of fan-focussed events ahead of the final.
The Gold Cup trophy had also been on display at Santa Monica Pier’s Central Plaza throughout the afternoon and evening providing fans with the opportunity to get their pictures taken with the trophy.
On match day Concacaf will be hosting the official Fan Zone presented by Toyota at the SoFi Stadium from noon, featuring player appearances, the Gold Cup trophy, giveaways, and interactive games for fans.

- The Qatar Airways Lounge Experience
- Valvoline Skills & Drills
- The Modelo Bar with Michelada station
- BMO ATM Soccer target & Pannacourt pitch
- Gatorade sampling
- SiteOne Kick game
- Rockstar Subsoccer exhibition
- Gold Cup trophy Photo Opportunity
Before the final the 2023 Gold Cup Anthem ‘No es Solo Un Juego’ (It’s Not Just a Game), will be performed live by Universal Music artists, Chiquis, Oriana, Lasso, and Adriel Favela. This show will showcase a lineup of renowned artists, with each performer delivering a mesmerizing performance to electrify the audience.
