UEFA opens up Women’s Football sponsor categories for 2018-21 cycle

October 26 – UEFA has gone to market with a new set of sponsorship categories for its Women’s Football properties for the 2018-2021 cycle.

The  competitions include the European Women’s Championship 2021, Women’s Champions League Final 2019-2021, European Women’s Under-17 Championship 2019-2021, UEFA European Women’s Under-19 Championship 2019-2021, UEFA Women’s Futsal Championship 2019 and 2021, and the Together #WePlayStrong global marketing platform.

UEFA unbundled its women’s competition rights from its men’s competitions for the 2018-21 cycle of women’s competitions and has already issued a number of sponsor tenders including match ball and lifestyle partners. Sponsorship is being handled by the TRM agency.

The new sponsor categories available are:

  • Software
  • Streaming Services
  • Airlines
  • Personal Care
  • Office Equipment
  • Store-Based Retailing
  • Telecommunications
  • Couriers
