Trabzonspor go crypto with Fan Token sale raising $650K in 5 minutes

September 23 – Turkish club Trabzonspor are the latest to launch their own blockchain crypto-based Fan Tokens on the Socios.com platform, selling an initial 625,000 $TRA Fan Tokens in less than 5 minutes.

Selling at 8 Turkish Lira each, the sale generated 5 million TL ($650,00). Fans can use $TRA Fan Tokens to various club polls as well as earning exclusive rewards from meet and greets to digital prizes. For the first poll on Socios.com, fans will vote on a new design for the first-team bus.

Trabzonspor fans can compete to become the top fan in their region/country. A chat feature and games will also be launched on Socios.com in the coming months. $TRA Fan Token holders will also be able to access exclusive club and sponsor benefits, such as discounts at the club shop and other participating retailers.

Trabzonspor join FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, AS Roma, Galatasaray, CA Independiente, and Apollon Limassol on the Socios.com platform.
