March 17 – Serie A’s Inter Milan have linked leading Milan-based cycling brand Cinelli to create a collection oflimited-edition products which will be released in two different drop phases.
The first release from the collection includes two iconic bikes: the Inter x Cinelli Vigorelli in the Pearl White and Blue versions. Also being released are a jersey, bib short, socks and the fundamental cycling cap.
Inter has been emphasizing Milan style in its product launches under the Made in Milan tag. The club recently launched a collection and collaboration with high fashion home furnishings company Kartell.
The highlight of the Cinelli collection is the Inter x Cinelli Nemo Tig Gravel bike, part of the Nemo range of bikes that are 100 made in Italy. The tyres on the bike are made by Inter’s tyre sponsor Pirelli.
The official launch of the collaboration will coincide with the 113th edition of the Milano-Sanremo bike race, an iconic event in the build-up to the Giro d’Italia. The race will start from the Vigorelli velodrome on March 19 and will feature apresentation of the Inter x Cinelli collection during the race’s starting ceremony.
