Konami picks up video game license and naming rights in multi-part Inter deal

July 4 – Inter Milan has agreed a deal with video gamemaker Konami that will see it become the club’s Global Football Videogame Partner, as well as being designated Youth Development Centre Partner and Training Kit Back Partner.

The eFootball logo for Konami’s video game series will appear on the back of the men’s and women’s first team training kits, as well as youth sides. The logo will also be on first team warm-up kits.

No value was goven for the deal that will also see Konami take the naming rights for the training ground where InterWomen and the Youth Academy play their matches.

The facility will be called the KONAMI Youth Development Centre in Memory of Giacinto Facchetti.
