Super Cup tickets set to go on sale with delivery via UEFA Mobile Tickets app

July 15 – Tickets for the 2022 UEFA Super Cup, August 10, will go on sale to the general public next Tuesday July 19, with UEFA saying that tickets will be delivered to buyers via its app only.

The Super Cup is UEFA’s first major club event of the new season and will be played this year in 31,500 capacity Helsinki Olympic Stadium between Real Madrid and Eintracht Frankfurt.

Ticket prices start at €25 for a restricted view seat, rising to €120 for a Category 1 ticket. 17,000 tickets are being made available to the general public on a first come, first served basis, with a limit of four tickets per buyer.

Real Madrid and Eintracht Frankfurt, have already been offered their ticket allocation through their clubs with 1,800 and 8,000 tickets purchased, respectively, said UEFA.
Tickets will be delivered via the official UEFA Mobile Tickets app a few days before the match.

Mindful of the issues around the Champions League final in May with 2,700 fake tickets collected at the Stade de France gates, UEFA said: “With this app, fans with tickets can securely download, transfer, keep or assign a guest a ticket anytime and anywhere on an iOS/Android smartphone.”
