August 24 – The AFC has rescheduled its 7th Medical Conference Qatar 2022, that was postponed due to Covid-19 challenges, to 2-6 March 2023 in Doha.
Under the title ‘Football and sports medicine – celebrating diversity’, the conference will feature more than 100 sports medicine and science speakers from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), FIFA, UEFA and Aspetar.
More than 150 topics will be covered during the meetings.
The 7th AFC Medical Conference Qatar 2022 Organising Committee is also inviting speakers and presenters to contribute to the scientific programme through the submission of abstracts or the free paper sessions.
First held in 1995, the AFC Medical Conference has grown into one the key sport science and medicine conferences in Asia with the 2019 sixth edition in Chengdu, China PR attracting more than 1,000 delegates.
