Conmebol adds TCL as Copa Libertadores sponsor for 2023-26 cycle

March 16 – Consumer electronics brand TCL, has become an official sponsor of Conmebol’s Copa Libertadores club competition for the 2023-2026 cycle.

No value was given for the deal that will see TCL have branding across the region on Conmebol assets as well as on referees’ jerseys, and pitchside LED boards.

TCL will also activate its sponsorship via using tickets in fan promotions.

This isn’t the first tome TCL has sponsored a Conmebol competition, having had a partnership for the 2021 Copa America.

“We are very happy with the commitment that TCL has shown and reaffirms it once again with South American football,” said Conembol president Alejandro Domínguez.

TCL Electronics was founded in 1981 and now operates in more than 160 markets worldwide. TCL specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of consumer electronics products ranging from TVs to audio, and smart home appliances.
