August 22 – Online bookmaker Esportes da Sorte has renewed its sponsorship of Brazil’s regional Paulista Football Federation (FPF) for the 2024 edition of Paulistão.
The Campeonato Paulista Série A1, commonly known as Campeonato Paulista, is the top-tier league in the Brazilian state of São Paulo.
Esportes da Sorte will have branding throughout the competition venues, as well as in the TV broadcast of matches.
Ícaro Quintero, Director of Operations at Esportes da Sorte, said: “We are happy to sign this partnership for the second consecutive year. We have closely followed the growth of the Campeonato Paulista and we want to be together as partners in this process.”
The bookmaker will also have signage every time a substitution is made.
Esportes da Sorte has sponsorship deals with 11 Brazilian clubs, including Athletico-PR, Grêmio, ABC, América-RN, Bahia, Goiás, Novorizontino, Guarani, Vila Nova, Londrina and Manaus.
“The inclusion of the replacement property will open up new horizons in how sponsors can engage with our audience,” added Bernardo Itri, Executive Vice President of Marketing for FPF.
The bookmaking sector has been lucrative for the FPF with Betano, Betnacional and Parimatch all booking advertising packages for the Paulistão. No value was given the Esportes da Sorte deal.
