Tunisia’s Al Jari arrested on suspicion of fraud

Tunisian officials confirmed his arrest with Reuters reporting that Chokri Hamda, the spokesman for the Ministry of Sports, saying that the arrest of Al Jari was due to financial corruption and an improper contract between the football federation and its technical director.

That contract wasn’t properly greenlighted, authorities believe.
