April 7 – Croatia’s HNK Cibalia Vinkovci and construction company Dilj, a member of the NEXE Group, have officially signed a new sponsorship agreement to help boost the club’s infrastructure and development of young players.
The contract was finalised by Damir Mustapić, Cibalia President and Davor Vidaković, Director of Dilj Vinkovci.
Highlighting the importance of local partnerships, Mustapić said collaboration with regional businesses was vital for Cibalia’s continuous progress. He said: “We are glad that the NEXE Group has recognised us. This cooperation means a lot.”
Vidaković expressed his ambition for the partnership to elevate the club’s success, specifically aiming to help Cibalia secure a place in a higher competition tier and establish a stable first-division presence in eastern Croatia.
“As a socially responsible company, we strive to be part of the local community and support successful projects. The contract with NK Cibalia is currently our largest sponsorship agreement in this area,” Vidaković added.
