Macedonia unveil new Adidas kits to mark partnership

May 5 – The Football Federation of North Macedonia (FFM) has officially announced a new partnership with global sportswear giant Adidas, unveiling the latest national team jerseys that North Macedonia will wear in upcoming international competitions.
Until that point, FFM had a contract with another German sportswear company – Jako.

The transition to Adidas marks a significant shift for the national team. The new home kit remains faithful to Macedonia’s traditional colours, featuring a bold red base complemented by the iconic sun-ray motif, which is synonymous with the national flag. The design combines a classic look with modern performance technology.

Muamed Sejdini, President of the Football Federation of Macedonia, expressed his satisfaction with the new partnership, noting that wearing the Adidas brand reflects the rising prestige of Macedonian football.

“The jersey is more than just a piece of equipment; it is a symbol of our pride, our history, and our aspirations. We are excited to partner with a brand like Adidas, which is a global leader in sports. We believe these kits will inspire our players to achieve even greater success,” Sejdini stated during the reveal.

Fans can expect to see the national team debut the new kits in their next scheduled international fixtures. The new merchandise is expected to be available for purchase at official FFM stores and authorised retailers shortly.

The move to Adidas is seen as a step forward in professionalising the team’s image as they look to build on recent successes, including their historic appearance at Euro 2020.
