May 1 – Celtic have renewed their partnership with adidas with a landmark, long-term deal, reportedly extending their collaboration for a further ten-years.
Adidas, which first partnered with Celtic in 2020, will continue as the club’s official kit supplier across men’s and women’s squads, as well as youth and training wear. The extension ensures the German giant stays embedded in Celtic’s identity on-and-off the pitch, supplying everything from matchday kits to global fan merchandise.
While exact figures are under wraps, the new deal is widely expected to eclipse the existing terms, reflecting both adidas’ ongoing strategy to secure iconic clubs with strong fanbases and Celtic’s enduring commercial appeal.
The club remains within a select group of ‘global partners’ for adidas, alongside clubs such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Arsenal and Premier League champions Liverpool from the 2025/26 season onwards.
Celtic Chief Executive Michael Nicholson said: “We are delighted to announce this extension to our fantastic partnership.
“We have enjoyed a hugely successful relationship with adidas, one of the world’s leading sports brands and an organisation of real quality and excellence.
“Now, to be able to further extend this great association really reflects the strength and stability of the Club and the power of our enduring relationship.
“This is a hugely significant announcement for Celtic, the biggest official kit supplier partnership in the club’s history and one we are sure will delight our supporters worldwide allowing us to look to the future together with confidence.”
“We are delighted to continue our partnership with this iconic and legendary football club, with such a passionate and dedicated global community of supporters,” adidas said.
“The club has seen great success on and off the pitch across all teams over the last four years, and we look forward to the next stage in our partnership.”
