September 20 – Meeting to review the social impact projects the Asian Football Confederation is supporting, the AFC Social Responsibility Committee received detail and briefings on a number of proposed initiatives across the region.

August 30 – The Asian Football Confederation’s (AFC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The agreement will bolster the AFC’s effectiveness in its social responsibility campaigns, particularly around the IRFC’s commitment to ‘partner for more resilient communities’.
June 21 – The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) is partnering with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to ease the plight of refugees within the AFC region with the first joint pilot project under the agreement being the support of the Rohingya refugees in Malaysia.
