April 15 – One of the most contentious recent incidents of racist abuse in European football has been resolved with UEFA meting out a 10-match ban to Slavia Prague’s Czech international defender Ondřej Kúdela.
April 7 – Slavia Prague defender Ondrej Kudela, who was at the centre of a racism storm last month, has been provisionally suspended for one game by UEFA ahead of a full hearing.
June 25 – Slavia Prague secured a record twentieth league title on Wednesday after a 1-0 victory against Viktoria Plzen, establishing an insurmountable lead at the top of the table.
April 4 – Eden Arena, the shared home ground of leading Czech club Slavia Prague, looks set to be bought by the club’s owners CEFC China Energy Company.
