Inter Milan drive new one-season car deal with Infiniti

September 20 – Serie A club Internazionale have named Hong Kong luxury car maker Infiniti as its Official Car for the 2016/17 season.

The club said it “welcomes the values of design, cutting-edge technology, high performance and attention to detail that are at the heart of the car manufacturer’s identity.”

Brokered through the Infiniti centre in Milan which is owned by the Fassina Group, the club will be provided with some of Infiniti’s premium models including: “… the Q50 3.5 Hybrid sports saloon (featuring a 3.5L petrol engine as well as an electric engine), whose 364 horse power, continuously variable transmission and choice between rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive make the vehicle a triumph of technology and performance.

“The brand’s most iconic car, the QX70: this CUV has a bold design with a sporty feel and either a 3.7L V6 petrol engine or a 5.0L petrol engine with a seven- speed automatic gearbox and intelligent four-wheel drive.

And “the compact QX30 premium CUV, which is instantly recognisable for its elegant design, significant ground clearance and on-board comfort. The QX30 features a four-cylinder 2.2L diesel engine, seven-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) and permanent four-wheel drive, meaning impeccable performance is guaranteed.”

The deal only covers the provision of cars to the club and there is no cash component in the sponsorship. Nice wheels lads.
