Cadbury adds Chelsea to Premier League renewals list

March 17 – Mondelēz International brand Cadbury is rolling out its sponsorship renewals in the Premier League in what is understood to be another series of three-year terms.

The latest club to resign is Chelsea who in a deal similar to the one announced with Manchester United earlier this week will deliver “generosity-focused community initiatives, driven by their shared values and belief that there is a ‘glass and a half in everyone’.”

The agreement will cover dual-branded snacking products and national campaigns. Cadbury and Chelsea will also provide support and promote greater inclusion for the deaf community across the country.

Cadbury and Chelsea have incorporated British Sign Language into the partnership announcement.

In 2020 Mondelēz signed three-year sponsorship deals with a number of Premier League clubs including Manchester United, Liverpool, Spurs, and Arsenal. All are being or coming up for renewal.

No value was given for the Chelsea sponsorship.
