AC Milan link with Corpay for forex solution and sponsorship

October 20 – AC Milan have struck an agreement with Corpay which will see Corpay’s Cross-Border business become the Rossoneri’s Official Commercial Foreign Exchange Partner.

The club said agreement between the two organisations is primarily functional, providing it with solutions that effectively address its foreign exchange exposure.

No length or value was given to the deal due, though the it will likely be structured around sponsorship exposure in return for reduced forex fees.

Maikel Oettle, chief commercial officer of AC Milan said: “This partnership is a testament to our shared commitment to innovation, and it aligns seamlessly with our vision of providing the best experiences to our global fanbase.”

Brad Loder, Vice President, Cross-Border Marketing, Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, commented: “Corpay Cross-Border is very honoured to be named the Official Commercial Foreign Exchange Partner of AC Milan, which marks another significant milestone for Corpay and its presence in Italy and in the world of sports. With our strong focus on growing the Corpay brand, along with our corporate payments and foreign exchange business globally, we are excited by the opportunity to partner with one of the most successful football clubs in football history.”

AC Milan return from the international break on Sunday against Juventus in a star-studded affair that will dictate if the Rossoneri can hold their place at the top of the league table. The team then face Napoli, sandwiching a tough Champions League night away to PSG, who will be eager to make up for an embarrassing defeat to Newcastle last time out.
