Bayern Munich ink multi-year partnership with ERL Immobiliengruppe

January 8 – Bayern Munich have added a new category to their commercial portfolio, confirming a multi-year partnership with ERL Immobiliengruppe that names the Bavarian property company as the club’s first Official Real Estate Partner.

While real estate is a familiar space for football sponsorship in some markets, this is a notable addition for Bayern, whose partnership roster has traditionally skewed toward global consumer brands and industrial multinationals.

ERL, by contrast, is a regional heavyweight with a predominantly southern German footprint, underlining Bayern’s continued willingness to blend international reach with locally rooted partners.

While no specific projects have been announced, real estate partnerships can open doors to collaboration beyond traditional sponsorship assets, particularly in hospitality, premium experiences and future development work.

Alignment with Germany’s most decorated club offers ERL national and international visibility that extends well beyond its core regional market. The partnership is also emblematic of Bayern’s broader commercial strategy: pairing global scale with partners that carry long-term stability, family ownership and industrial depth.
