December 12 – The 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup draw has pitched the USA, Mexico and Argentina in the same group which opens February 14. Only two will automatically qualify for the knock-out rounds.
December 8 – World Cup 2022 winners Argentina will face Peru, Chile and a Concacaf qualifier in the group stages of their defense of their Copa America title in the USA next summer.
December 7 – The USA, Brazil and Canada will be the three seeded teams heading the groups for the draw December 11 for the 12-team Concacaf W Gold Cup 2024.
December 6 – Concacaf is celebrating four major sponsor partners for the inaugural Concacaf W Gold Cup which makes its debut in February with four invited teams from Conmebol and eight qualifiers from Concacaf,
December 5 – The Copa America in the USA in the summer of 2024 will be played in 14 cities across 10 states. The 32-game tournament will be a tour of the biggest and best stadia the US has to offer with only three of the 14 stadiums having a capacity of less than 65,000.

December 2 – Concacaf have unveiled plans for a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art football facility in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic.
December 4 – Inter Miami and Lionel Messi’s end of MLS season trip to China may have been cancelled last month, but their globe trotting ambition hasn’t been. The club has announced they will play the El Salvador national team in January.
December 1 – Canadian Soccer Business (CSB), the commercial arm of the Canadian Premier League (CPL), has sold the York United FC franchise to Game Plan Sports Group with the deal coming into effect immediately.
December 1 – Jamaica’s Reggae Girlz, who in the summer reached the knockout stages of the Women’s World Cup in Australia/New Zealand, have missed out on automatic qualification for next year’s inaugural Concacaf W Gold Cup after a 1-1 draw with Panama at home.
November 9 – The inaugural 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup will be played across three venues in Southern California and one in Houston.
November 23 – Panama will meet Mexico and the USA will face Jamaica in the semi-finals of the 2023/34 Concacaf Nations League to be played at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, next March.
November 22 – Three second half goals in Toronto saw Jamaica knock 2023 Nations League finalists Canada out of the 2024 Nations League semi-finals and automatic qualification for the 2024 Copa America to be played in the US. At the Azteca it took a late goal and penalties for Mexico to overcome Honduras to secure their place.
November 21 – The United States and Panama booked their slots in the 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League Final semi-finals. The US going through despite a 2-1 defeat to Trinidad and Tobago in the second leg of their League A quarterfinal at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
November 20 – Copa America 2024, to be played in the US next summer, will open in the 71,000-capacity Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta and close in 65,300-capacity Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
