November 22 – They may have had a record poor start to the season but Crystal Palace fans aren’t giving up – if anything they are showing an even greater commitment. For the second time this season they have topped the attendance capacity table with a reported attendance of more than their official ground capacity.
December 15 – The Premier League pre-Christmas rush of matches – three games in eight days – has had very little impact on attendance levels, with eight clubs reporting over 93% of their stadiums full.
August 29 – In the last round of fixtures before the international break, Chelsea stormed to the top of the Premier League table and the attendance chart with another ground-filling performance with just 191 empty seats in Stamford Bridge for the home win against Burnley.
