Levski starts to clear its Bulgarian tax mountain

November 10 – Bulgaria’s Levski Sofia has paid nearly BGN 2.5 million (€1.25 million) of its debt to the National Revenue Agency (NRA) in the last eight months, according to information given to shareholders at the club’s AGM this week.

Romania to invest in new €137m stadium in team-less Timisoara

November 6 – The Romanian state is poised to start work on the construction of a new modern stadium. This chairman of the Timișoara County Council, Alin Nika, said the brand new facility will have 32,000 seats, and will cost an estimated €137 million to build.
