The new offer is understood to be in discussion between the Glazer family and the Raine Group, the New York-based investment bank, who are handling the sale.

A soccer specific stadium holding 26,000, the stadium was built for MLS team FC Cincinnati.
Located in the West End on the the former site of Stargel Stadium, the stadium cost about $250 million to construct.
The stadium was proposed in 2016, as part of the team’s bid for an MLS franchise that was awarded in 2018, when the build began.
