Italy earn their stripes. Adidas to take over from Puma after Qatar 2022

March 10 – It is all change among the big kit and equipment suppliers in Italy. Adidas is to take over from Puma as the Italian federation’s kit supplier from January 2023. Last week Puma took over from Nike to become the official match ball of Serie A from the start of the 2022/23 season.

March 9 – World players union FIFPRO and Kenya Footballers Welfare Association have appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to overturn the cancellation of Kenya’s qualifier with Uganda, which ruled the Kenyan women’s national team out of the Africa Cup of Nations and quashed any chance of the country qualifying for the 2023 World Cup.
