July 14 – While Liverpool’s players visited Bangkok’s Grand Palace on the first leg of their pre-season tour, bonded with their new teammates and doubtless pondered the departure of £49 million Raheem Sterling, back home the Anfield Stadium was taking delivery of two of the UK’s largest cranes and a 650 tonne roof truss.

July 8 – In the latest groundbreaking deal between English football and American gridiron, Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur have announced a 10-year partnership with the NFL that will see the north London club host at least two NFL games a year at its new stadium due to open in 2018.

July 2 – With a number of English Premier League clubs now only two weeks away from their pre-season trips to Asia, Nike have announced that they will release their most “advanced football ever”, the Ordem 3, at the Barclays Asia Trophy 2015 in Singapore. Meanwhile Liverpool have released have released a final batch of tickets for their four match friendly schedule.

June 24 – Unlike West Ham whose move to the revamped London Olympic Stadium in Stratford is costing them just £15 million in contribution to the £270 million conversion works, Tottenham Hotspur are digging deep, both into their pockets and the ground, with their new White Hart Lane stadium proposal.
